Chris Walker owns and operates C.N. Walker Designs, LLC. He grew up in Savannah, Georgia and after graduating with a BFA from the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida ,he began a career spanning a decade in the furniture industry. From the position of production artist, Chris rose to the rank of master artist at one of the nation’s leading producers of fine hand -painted furniture. Chris has been working for the past three years as a decorative artist pursuing a unique niche in faux finishes and murals in residential and commercial settings. Chris is best known for murals and trompe l’oiel creations in Southeast Georgia and the Carolina Lowcountry. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Lowcountry while growing up has left an indelible impression on Chris. Much of the commission work he receives reflects the shared admiration of the region by Chris and his customers. His work has been printed in regional magazines, as well as national and international publications like Savannah Magazine, Southern Lady, Water’s Edge, Architectural Digest, Coastal Living, and the books “The Perfect Home: Best of Style”, “Cottages”, and “Paula Deen’s Savannah Style”.
