This hutch was in rough shape when I first saw it. The stained finish was too dark for the room, was two separate pieces (the top was mounted to the wall) and missing moldings. I made it one piece with added mirrors and trim, replaced missing trim, and gave it an antique red finish with black glaze and rubbed gold accents. Now a bar, located in Dahlonega, GA.

Chest with Quail Hunting Scene
Repurposed antique cedar chest turned coffee table with a quail hunting scene. This commissioned chest was passed down for generations, but it’s stained cedar finish didn’t fit with my client’s decor. I applied a hand rubbed painted finish with the painted scene, now the focal point of the study.
Refinished Antique Chairs
